Annual Fall Leaf Collection Day - Nov. 7
The City of La Vista will again be offering a free dumpsite for leaves and yard waste. All residents, including residents in the City's Extra-Territorial Zoning Jurisdiction, can bring their leaves, grass clippings, and tree branches to the Public Works Department.

Document Shredding - Nov. 14
La Vista residents and residents in La Vista's zoning jurisdiction will have an opportunity to get their confidential documents shredded on Saturday morning. Bring your bags or boxes of documents (limit 3 per household) to the west parking lot at City Hall, 8116 Park View Blvd from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon. Documents will be shredded on site. Staples and paper clips do not need to be removed.
Residents need to bring either their driver's license or a current utility bill that shows they are a La Vista resident or a resident in La Vista's zoning jurisdiction.
