25th Anniversary in 2009

Stephen Center opened its doors 25 years ago. The organization was founded by Sharon and Dick McNeil, who were determined to focus on the particular needs of the poor in South Omaha. With the help of many friends and volunteers, they opened Stephen Center at 28th Q street. Throughout the year, they will be celebrating their 25th Anniversary of helping those families and individuals that have developed plans to overcome homelessness, addiction and poverty.
